Editor's Note:  Fees

Although Mr. Head's fees for trials is higher (as stated in this article), the other members of his firm have as many as 300 trials to their credit and charge trial fees ranging from 1/3 to 1/2 the fees charged by Mr. Head.  Also, all fees are paid in increments, so that many cases can be resolved at earlier phases of the case, without the full fee being paid.
