Mr. Willis epitomizes our firm’s dedication to winning cases for our clients. His courage in the face of battle was demonstrated in 2003 when he refused to be forced into a jury trial where his only witness (an expert from Tennessee) had been delayed in another court and would be a day late getting to Georgia. Rather than allow the trial to go forward, and lose, when faced with the option of going to jail or starting trial, Greg opted to go to jail for contempt of court and served a 4 day sentence. He later got out of jail and won his client’s case when the witness was available.
