Program
Description
Learn the secrets of
police Standardized Field Sobriety Training. This is the only program
offered nationally that trains non-law enforcement personnel in
this aspect of police training.
This course offers invaluable
insight about police officers' pre-arrest evaluations of suspected
drunk drivers. This course is designed for defense attorneys and
defense expert witnesses to assist them in debunking the voodoo
science of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Detailed information
derived from the course proves highly useful in cross-examination
of the arresting officer.
Each student who completes
the training will be issued a NHTSA Certification of Completion.
You'll receive the NHTSA student manual as part of the course material,
with supplemental data and forms provided by Mr. Head.

His practice is limited to the defense of contested DUI cases in
Georgia. He is a regent for the National College for DUI Defense
and serves on the editorial board of the DWI Journal.
